These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website parthinfotech.net (the "Site"), operated by Parth Infotech ("Parth Infotech", "we", "our" or "us"). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

Any commercial engagement between you and Parth Infotech is governed by a separate written services agreement. These Terms cover only your use of this public Site.

Parth Infotech is a software services firm. The Site is a marketing and information resource describing our capabilities, work, culture and how to get in touch. It is not a marketplace, a client portal, or a place where transactions occur.

We may update or change the content of the Site at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the Site will be available without interruption or that content will always be accurate or complete.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, code and design — is owned by Parth Infotech or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You are welcome to:

• View, print and save individual pages for your personal or internal business reference.
• Quote short excerpts for editorial or research purposes with proper attribution.

You may not:

Any project we undertake for you is governed by a separately signed Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work that supersedes anything on the Site. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, quotation or contractually binding commitment.

Case studies, testimonials, and portfolio content on the Site are published only with the relevant client's consent. If you are a current or former client and would like content that mentions you updated or removed, email info@parthinfotech.net.

When you send us content through forms, email, or other channels, you grant us the right to read it and act on it in order to respond to you and consider a possible engagement. You represent that:

• The information you provide is true and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
• You are authorised to provide any information about your employer or client that you share with us.
• Your submission does not contain confidential information belonging to a third party unless you have their permission to share it.

We handle submissions in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to use the Site or any of its features to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt unauthorised access to our systems or those of our providers.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to your use of the Site is limited to INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) in the aggregate.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parth Infotech and its directors, employees and affiliates against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

The courts at Pune, Maharashtra will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice — for example, if we believe you have breached these Terms. On termination, the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification and governing law) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
