Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Deep AWS engineering — migration, serverless, data platforms, and cost governance. We favour managed services over bespoke and design for observability from day one.

What's included

  • Migration & modernization
  • Serverless & containers
  • Data & analytics on AWS
  • Cost & governance (FinOps)

Overview

AWS engineering that survives contact with production.

We help teams get real value out of AWS — not just lift-and-shift. From assessing your existing workloads to building serverless, container and data pipelines that scale with your business.

Our AWS engineers work with start-ups, enterprises and government teams across India. We tend to favour managed services over bespoke — RDS over self-hosted Postgres, Lambda over EC2 fleets, Fargate over hand-managed clusters — because they're cheaper to operate and easier to hire around.

For customers already on AWS, we run Well-Architected reviews, cut wasteful spend, and set up multi-account governance so new projects don't quietly blow up your bill next quarter.

What you get

Focus areas we go deep on.

01

Cloud migration & modernization

We assess your existing workloads — on-premise or on another cloud — and build a migration plan you can actually execute. We prefer to modernize as we migrate: managed databases, serverless functions, containers. Lifting-and-shifting technical debt into someone else's data centre helps nobody.
02

Serverless & containers

Lambda, ECS Fargate and EKS deployments for teams that don't want to manage servers. We design for observability, cost and blast radius from day one — not as an afterthought when the first incident happens.
03

Data platforms on AWS

S3-based data lakes, Glue and Athena pipelines, Redshift warehouses, and QuickSight or embedded BI dashboards. We build data platforms that grow with the business without rebuilding every 18 months.
04

Well-Architected reviews & FinOps

For customers already on AWS, we run periodic reviews against AWS's five pillars — operational excellence, security, reliability, performance, cost. Most reviews find 20–40% of monthly spend is recoverable within a quarter, with no architectural risk.
05

Security & governance

Multi-account setup with AWS Organizations and Control Tower, least-privilege IAM, secrets management with Parameter Store or Secrets Manager, and CIS-benchmarked landing zones. Governance you can defend to an auditor without a stack of Word docs.
