This privacy notice applies to Parth Infotech ("Parth Infotech", "we", "our" or "us") and covers information we collect from visitors to parthinfotech.net, as well as from prospective and existing clients who contact us or engage us for software services.

We collect only the data we need to operate our website and respond to inquiries.

• Contact form data — the name, email, company, phone number, project brief and budget indication you submit through our contact or careers forms.
• Email correspondence — any email you send us and our replies are retained in our mailbox for record-keeping.
• Analytics data — anonymised information about how you use our site (pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device type) collected via Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled.
• Server logs — standard web server logs kept for security and performance troubleshooting (IP address, request path, timestamp, user-agent), retained for a limited period.
• Client project data — for existing clients, any project-related data shared with us under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement, not by this notice.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (financial, health, biometric, political, religious) through this website.

We use the data described above for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries and provide the information you have requested.
• To evaluate and negotiate a possible engagement with your organisation.
• To deliver services under a signed agreement with your organisation.
• To improve our website — understand which content is useful, fix errors, and make it more accessible.
• To keep our systems secure — detect and prevent misuse, fraud and unauthorised access.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations that apply to us.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Where India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent — given when you submit a form or reach out to us — and where necessary for the performance of a contract you have entered into with us.

Where the EU / UK GDPR applies (for visitors located in those regions), our legal bases are one or more of: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), and our legitimate interests in running and improving our business (Article 6(1)(f)).

We use a small number of first-party technical items required for the site to function (theme preference, form state) and one privacy-respecting analytics service.

• Essential storage — your dark / light mode choice is stored in your browser's local storage. This never leaves your browser.
• Google Analytics — anonymised, aggregated usage statistics. IP addresses are truncated before storage. No advertising, remarketing or cross-site tracking is enabled.

You can block or delete cookies at any time from your browser's settings without any loss of functionality on this site.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this website and our internal operations. Where these providers process any of your data on our behalf, they do so under contract and only for the limited purposes described.

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — website hosting and email delivery infrastructure.
• Google Analytics — usage analytics, as described above.
• Google Fonts — web fonts served through Google's CDN.

These providers may transfer, store and process data outside India. We rely on the standard contractual protections these providers offer and, where required, additional safeguards permitted by law.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We may share it in the following limited circumstances:

• With service providers — such as those listed in the "Third-party services" section, strictly on our instructions.
• With your consent — if you ask us to share your information with a specific third party.
• To comply with law — where we are required to disclose data by a valid legal request from a competent authority, or to protect our rights and safety.
• In a business transfer — in the unlikely event of a merger, acquisition or reorganisation, subject to reasonable confidentiality safeguards.

We hold on to data only for as long as we need to:

• Contact form submissions and email correspondence — retained for up to 3 years so we can honour follow-ups and provide continuity across engagements.
• Analytics data — retained for 14 months, in line with Google Analytics defaults.
• Server logs — retained for 30 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.
• Contract-related records — retained for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by law (typically 7 years for tax and audit purposes in India).

Once these periods lapse, we delete or anonymise the data.

You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations.
• Withdrawal of consent — if we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
• Objection — object to certain processing activities.
• Complaint — lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India or another competent supervisory authority.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard the data in our systems. This includes encryption of data in transit (HTTPS everywhere), access controls, least-privilege permissions for our team, ongoing patching and monitoring, and backups.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify you and any competent authority in line with applicable law.

We are based in India. Some of our providers — for example, AWS and Google — operate infrastructure in the United States, the European Union and other regions. As a result, your data may be transferred to and processed in these regions.

Where such transfers occur, we rely on the standard contractual protections these providers offer and, where required, additional safeguards permitted by applicable law.

Our website is directed at business audiences and is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please email us and we will delete it.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, our services, or applicable law. When we do, we update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will place a notice on our home page or email registered contacts.
