The problem.

Indian farming decisions — when to irrigate, how much fertiliser to apply, when to spray for pests — are usually made from experience and word-of-mouth advisories. MPKV wanted to turn its agronomic research into tools that farmers could actually hold in their hands: mobile apps for advisories, IoT sensors for measurements, and connected irrigation systems for automation.

How we approached it.

    Started with core farm-management mobile apps (Sanman, Sam) — the foundation for how data would flow from field to dashboard.

    Layered in an IoT stack — Smart Weather Stations, soil moisture sensors and solenoid-valve controllers — feeding the same backend.

  3. 03

    Delivered domain-specific advisory apps (Phule Irrigation Scheduler, PPDM, Phule Fertilization Scheduler, Phulejal) that translate sensor + weather data into scheduled recommendations farmers can act on.

  4. 04

    Kept everything modular so new products in the Phule series slot into the same platform without rewriting anything.
